2. What ShortLink Does

ShortLink lets you shorten long URLs into compact, shareable links. When someone clicks one of these links, we redirect them to the original URL. That's it – no ads, no data harvesting, no surprises.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user of ShortLink, you agree that you won't use the Service to:

• Create links to illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
• Break any applicable laws or regulations
• Deliberately disrupt or overload the Service

4. Intellectual Property

The ShortLink application – its code, design, name, and features – is the intellectual property of Exito Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright and IP laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't make any guarantees about uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Exito Technologies won't be held liable for any damages that result from your use of ShortLink.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe someone is violating these Terms or harming other users or third parties.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If you keep using the Service after a change, we'll take that as your acceptance of the new version.
